Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we will prorate the difference.
Territories are exclusive - one company per zip code. If a zip is claimed, you will see it as unavailable when you check. We recommend claiming your territory early since popular zip codes fill fast.
Leads appear in your Kestro dashboard in real time. You also receive email notifications for each new lead. On Growth and Pro plans, you can integrate directly with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
You can upgrade to a higher plan, or on the Pro plan, additional zip codes are available as add-ons. Contact us for custom territory packages.
